Do you offer deliveries into regional Australia?

We deliver to Metro areas only, including Melbourne, Sydney, Queensland, and ACT. For other areas or regional deliveries, please contact us for assistance.

How long does it take to receive an item that’s not in stock?

Delivery times vary by location. You'll be notified by our partners when your goods are ready for delivery. Please note that unforeseen delays can occur.

Yes, our courier will contact you. Ensure you're available during the scheduled delivery window to avoid additional fees.

Our delivery service is drop-off only, unless otherwise arranged.

What do I need to check before delivery arrival?

Ensure adequate access to your premises, lift size, and hallway dimensions. Delivery may be cancelled due to access issues.

Can you store my furniture for a prolonged delivery date?

Yes, we offer storage for purchased items. After 2 months, a $10 per week storage fee applies.

Can I collect my furniture?

We recommend delivery for safety. If you choose to collect, we aren't liable for damages during transit or assembly.

Can you guarantee an arrival date for items not in stock?

Due to shipping challenges and unforeseen events, we can't guarantee exact arrival dates.

Do you custom-make furniture?

For commercial projects and a minimum order quantity, we can assist. Regretfully, one-off custom orders are not available.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please be certain before purchase, as unwrapped items cannot be returned.

What is your warranty?

We provide a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. It doesn't cover natural wear, neglect, or chemical/abrasive use. Staining on stone/marble/travertine isn't covered.

Are colors exactly as seen on our website?

Colors may vary due to external factors. Contact us for a clearer color description before purchase.

Is your furniture suitable for commercial use?

Yes, most of our items are suitable for commercial use.

How long do I have to report a defect/damage after delivery?

Inspect your products upon arrival. You have 48 hours to report damages. We're not liable for damages after our transport company leaves your premises.
